Indo Tibetan Border Police Force Recruitment of Sub Inspector,Group B Vacancies

Applications are invited from Indian citizen for filling up seventeen (16) posts of sub Inspector (Armourer), Group 'B' Non-Gazetted in the Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4200/- and other allowances admissible to Central Government employees in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (Ministry of Home Affairs) Govt. of India, New Delhi on transfer on deputation basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

By Deputation:
From amongst officials of the Central/State Goverment Departments holding equivalent or analogous posts and having experience in the line.

Note.1 The departmental officers in the feeder categories who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Note.2 The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in same or some other organization or deputation of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed four years.

Note.3 The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed fifty two years as the closing date of receipt of application.

Note.4 Should have Medical Category SHAPE-1

Pay and Allowances:
The pay of the candidate selected for appointment on deputation basis will be regulated in accordance with Department of personnel and Training, OM No.6/8/2009/Estt.Pay-II dated 17-06-2010.

Other Conditions
Following conditions will also be applicable on selection for deputation in ITBP force as Sub Inspector (Armourer):
  1. Selected conditions will be governed by ITBPF Act-1992 and Rule 1994 and will have to wear uniform as per rules of the force.
  2. Selected candidate will be liable to serve anywhere in or outside India.
  3. The selected candidate will be entitled for leave as per CCS(Leave) Rules, 1972 as amended from time to time.

Period of Deputation:
Period of deputation shall Ordinary be for three year which can be extended up to 5 years. However, due to administrative reasons one can be repatriated before completion of tenure.

Application through proper channel off willing and suitable Cental/State Govt. employee along-with their bio-data in the Prescribed proforma enclosed in Annexure-II in official notification together with up-to-date ACR/APAR dossiers (attested copies each page) for the last 05 yerars, DE/Vigilance. Clearance Certificate and Major/Minor punishment during the last 10 years, should reach "Sr. Admn. Officer (EStt.), Directorate General, ITBP, MHA/Govt. of India, Block-2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003" within 60 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar. Officers once nominated will not be permitted to withdraw their candidature. Advance copies of applications sent by applicants and applications received late and incomplete will not be considered.
