The Ministry of Labour & Employment is one of the oldest and most important Ministries of the Government of India. The Ministry of Labour and Employment is India's federal ministry which is responsible to protect and safeguard the interest of workers in general and the poor, deprived and disadvantaged sections of the society.[2] The Ministry aims to create a healthy work environment for higher production and productivity and to develop and coordinate vocational skill training and employment.However, Skill Development responsibilities, such as Industrial Training and Apprenticeship responsibilities were transferred to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship from 9 November 2014. The Ministry launched the National Career Service portal on 20 July 2015 to help bridge the gap between job providers and job seekers.

1. Applicants having complete Bio-Data as per format uploaded on ESIC website along with duly affixed recent passport size photograph, one set of attested photocopies of testimonials (including MBBS & PG attempt certificate, 10th passing certificate as proof date of birth and SC/ST/PH/OBC Certificate) and relevant documents including MCI / State registration certificate may report to the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Sec-3 Plot No.41 IMT Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana) on 28.08.2019 up to 11.00 AM and any application received thereafter will not be entertained. 2. Candidate claiming reservation / age relaxation on ground of belonging to the OBC should submit the community certificate as prescribed by GOI. The OBC certificate should be latest and not prior to one year from the date of interview. 3. Candidates suffering from 40% or more of the relevant disability shall only be eligible for the reservation for PH category. Certificate of disability from any Govt. hospital should be submitted at the time of interview. 4. Candidates working in Govt. Service should produce NOC from their department at the time of interview. Other terms and conditions shall be as per Govt. of India rules.
