The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd., Udyogamandal (FACT) invites applications from persons retired from the permanent rolls of the Company (Non Managerial Cadre) with working experience in Marketing Division as Office Assistant and having at least 3 years job experience for empanelment as Office Attender on fixed tenure contract (AD-HOC) basis: The routine works which the attender at Marketing Head Office has to perform include opening and closing of offices, collection of routine papers from Admin Dept , arrangement of dispatches to field offices, arrangement of various meetings, collection of Imprest cash, dispatch of stationery items to various field offices, taking photostat copy, filing and miscellaneous jobs. The specialized works include arranging dispatch of bags through parcel services from Udyogamandal Stores to various ASCs spread over South Indian States, make cash advance, fix date for taking bag from Stores with the presence of CISF Personnel, arrange MDA for bag dispatch, create invoices at Logistics Dept., arrange vehicle for transporting the bags to parcel agency, billing and dispatch of the same to the required destinations.

The engagement is subject to the condition that the candidate is medically fit and continues to be fit
during the period of contract. The selection will be on the basis of interview.
Meeting the eligibility criteria and/or appearing for selection will not confer any right on the applicant for

Candidates engaged will be eligible for consolidated pay of Rs. 18000./- per month.
