conducted by Army Recruiting Office, Coimbatore from 22 Aug 2019 to 02 Sep 2019 at VOC Park Stadium, Erode (TN) to enroll eligible candidates into the Army from eleven districts of Tamilnadu viz, Erode, Theni, Madurai, Dindigul, The Niligiri, Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Salem, Coimbatore, Namakkal, Tiruppur in Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation/Ammunition Examiner), Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Clerk and Store Keeper Technical, Soldier General Duty and Soldier Tradesman categories. Candidates will have to apply online only, on the official web site www.joinindianarmy.nic.in from 08 Jul 2019 to 07 Aug 2019. Admit card will be issued online after 09 Aug 2019. Candidates are requested to bring their admit card, application & documents mentioned in the admit card at the rally site. Date and time of reporting at rally site will be mentioned on the admit card. Print out of admit card can be taken after 09 Aug 2019 from www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Candidates are advised to carry their Admit Card and documents in water proof transparent document sleeves / sheet protection to cater for guard against damage due to inclement weather

Candidates are required to bring following documents/ certificates in original with two attested
photocopies with them to the rally site
(a) Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality (Do not shrink the size). (b) Photograph. Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts/ photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted. (c) Education Certificates. (i) Education certificate with marks sheet in original of all educational qualification achieved by candidate i.e. Matric/Intermediate/Graduation etc from recognised School/ College/ Board/ University. (ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified ink signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University. (iii) Candidates with Matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO / DEO. (d) Domicile Certificate. Domicile certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate. (e) Caste Certificate. Caste certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/ District Magistrate. (f) Religion Certificate. Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/ SDM. (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/ MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate). (g) School Character Certificate. School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster, where the candidate last studied. (h) Character Certificate. Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months. (j) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried certificate for candidate less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months. (k) Relationship Certificate. SOS/SOEX/SOW/SOWW candidates are required to produce the following documents on the rally site :- (i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office duly signed by Record Officer with personal Number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship certificate with office seal/ stamp is endorsed. (ii) A declaration to the affect as mentioned in the affidavit on Ten Rupees NonJudicial stamp paper prepared by Ex-servicemen (ESM) duly signed by 1 st Class/Executive/Judicial magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit is attached as per Appendix. (iii) Original Discharge book of Ex-serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it. (l) NCC Certificate. Candidates having NCC A/ B/ C certificates and Republic Day parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority.
