Senior Test Pilot	48	. 90000 – 240000	2	The candidate should possess Qualified Experimental Test Pilot Degree on Fixed Wing Aircraft from ASTE, IAF or any recognized foreign School. The candidate should also possess minimum 2000 hours of flying experience. He must have flown at least 50 sorties as Test Pilot with NFTC on LCA Tejas Aircraft. Flying experience on Mirage-2000 Aircraft is highly desirable and will be given additional weightage. Three years of Test Flying Experience is preferable.	Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer in the Rank of ‘Group Captain’ from the Indian Air Force or its equivalent Rank from the Indian Navy.
Senior Test Pilot	48	90000 – 240000	2	The candidate should possess Qualified Experimental Test Pilot Degree on Fixed Wing Aircraft from ASTE, IAF or any recognized foreign School. The candidate should also possess more than 2000 hrs of Flying experience. He should be qualified on Su-30 MKI and MiG-21 Bison Aircraft, and preferably be current. In case IAF chooses to offer candidates not yet qualified on Su-30 MKI and Bison aircraft, IAF is requested to have them converted on both types before they join HAL. 3 years of Test Flying Experience is preferable. Senior Test Pilot	48	90000 – 240000	1	The candidate should have successfully graduated as an Experimental Test Pilot (Fixed Wing) from ASTE, IAF or any recognized foreign School. The candidate should possess minimum 2000 hrs of flying experience. Candidates who possess a current and valid ATPL; have endorsement of Do-228 Aircraft in their ATPL; have degree of experience inflying Do-228 Aircraft; and Qualified Flying Instructors, will be given additional weightage. 3 years of Test Flying Experience is preferable	Ex-Servicemen or Serving Officer in the Rank of ‘Group Captain’ from the Indian Air Force or its equivalent Rank from the Indian Navy.
