Engagement of Officer for Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan(CBI-SUAPS), a Society/ Trust of RSETIs (Rural Self Employment Training Institutes) and FLCCs (Financial Literacy and Credit Counselling Centers) of the bank at MUMBAI on Contract basis.

Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS), is a Society/ Trust of RSETIs/FLCCs registered under Society Registration Act 1860 vide registration No.759/2012 dated 4th April 2012 having 46 RSETIs and 48 FLCCs in 9 States having imparted training to 1,17,014 candidates with settlement ratio of 60% and counseled 30,32,608 persons upto 30.06.2016. The Society/Trust, having its registered office at Mumbai is looking for a retired bank officer in Scale-IV and above having experience in working in any Scheduled Commercial Bank and with relevant expertise.

4.	Other facilities	For official tour and travel, Officer shall be entitled for expenses applicable to the grade/scale from which he retired. A lump sum amount of Rs. 3000/- p.m. towards Conveyance and Rs.2000/- p.m. towards Mobile expenses shall be paid on declaration. No other allowances/ reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.
5.	Leave/Working hours	The officer shall be entitled for 15 days leave per year with maximum of 04 days per month. Working hours/holidays shall be normal Bank’s working hours/holidays as applicable.
7.	Engagement	On Contract basis initially for a period one year. The contract will be renewable subject to satisfactory performance during the period of contract. The Contract may be terminated by either side by giving one month’s notice.
8.	Selection Procedure	Selection shall be made by a Selection Committee (specially constituted for the purpose) by interviewing the applicants/ candidates.

12.	Eligibility Criteria	Age of applicant should be less than 65 years as on 31/08/2016. The applicant should have superannuated or have taken VRS or Retiring on or before 31/08/2016, at the level of Chief Manager (Scale-IV) and above from a Scheduled Commercial Bank. He should have unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer. He should have the exposure in working of Priority Sector side of the Banking and should have minimum twenty years’ experience of working as Officer. Weightage will be given for his experience of working in the Rural/ Semi Urban branches in various capacities i.e. Branch Manager/Field Officer/Agriculture Finance Officer and at Senior level as Lead District Manager and/or Regional Manager and experience if any in RSETI/ FLCC affairs in any capacity.
13.	Role and Responsibility	The Officer shall be responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer( CEO)of Society/Trust of the bank for RSETIs and FLCCs in following areas: Management of the activities of the Society within the objectives and framework laid down by Central Bank of India/ Bye-law of Society/ Trust/ MoRD, GoI, guidelines. Supervising the functions and activities of the FLCCs and RSETIs. Interacting with the respective State Govts., Central Govt., NABARD, RBI and other agencies.

Eligible candidates have to submit their applications in the given format (Annexure-A) in official notification. Last date for receipt of application is 11.08.2016. No applications shall be entertained beyond the stipulated date. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
