Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the posts of Chief Dealer- Forex and Senior Dealer- Forex in Scale V Cadre.

ELIGIBILITY

Work Experience Minimum 10 years of service in any Commercial Bank in India with :
1) more than 5 years experience in Forex Trading Desks and
2) more than 3 years in Senior Manager (Scale III)/ Chief Manager
(Scale IV) Cadre.
Core Competencies Good expertise in Forex Trading activities, technical analysis and analytical capabilities in Macroeconomic fundamentals.
Knowledge of Forex accounting, Forex valuation, regulatory compliance etc. would be an added advantage.
Should be able to manage a team of Forex Dealers under profit centre concept and within the risk management policies of the bank.
Age Not exceeding 50 years as on 31-03-2016
Educational Qualification Graduation/ Post Graduation.

Compensation package:
IBA Package as applicable to Scale V. Higher fitment of Basic Pay and Allowance if necessary in case of Chief Dealer- Forex. Eligible for performance linked incentive applicable to Scale V as per the scheme in vogue. All other benefits as applicable to Scale V in the bank will be offered to the candidate.

The initial place of posting will be Mumbai.

Mode of Selection :
1. Initial short listing will be done by the Bank based on the stipulated eligibility criteria.
2. Personal Interview.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  1. Neatly handwritten application and annexure with Passport-size photograph pasted thereon should be accompanied by self attested copies of the following certificates to prove the age, qualifications and relevant experience.
    • X/ SSLC certificate/ mark list.
    • XII/ HSC/ Pre Degree certificate/mark list.
    • Degree mark list and certificate.
    • PG and other qualification certificates.
    • Documents to prove relevant work experience in scheduled commercial bank in the forex trading desks.
    • Copy of latest pay slip.
    APPLICATIONS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY SELF ATTESTED COPIES OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE AGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WOULD BE REJECTED.
  2. Mere eligibility will not vest any right on the candidate for being called for interview. In matters regarding eligibility and selection, Bank’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  3. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
  4.   5. Application not fulfilling any of the above items will be rejected. If the information furnished by the applicant is found to be false at a later date, the selection / appointment shall be liable for termination.
