Position Head - Digital
Role and Responsibilities
  1. Prime responsibility will be to architect the roadmap for Digital Banking - to offer customers personalized, convenient, safe, digital banking.
  2. Start, build and lead the venture from the ground up.
  3. Formulate a differentiated business strategy and drive seamless execution,
    hiring the right talent, go-to-market strategy and other aspects.
  4. Build the quality framework, compliance and governance and go-to-market
    plans with defined unique selling proposition.
  5. Identify and assess new technologies, functionality and propositions to deliver increased revenues and improved customer experience.
  6. Innovate to automate processes, create new products, transform the
    experience of its customers
  7. Pursue agile development – this extends from online interactivity and payment solutions to mobile functionality and opportunity to boost bank brands in social media.
  8. Build digital teams with a mix of Marketing and Technology – with internal and external know-how – which can help produce concrete innovation that are ready for clients/ customers use.
  9. Partnerships with technology vendors is critical – the individual must be able to source , select and actively shape partnerships with leading tech vendors and information service providers in online financial services space.

    driven audience experiences, having successfully built and market the financial innovations including next generation user interface, mobility, mobile payments, video banking, real time CRM & analytics, payments, digital banking solutions.
  3. Ability to navigate complex business opportunities, envision/ define solutions and lead cross-functional teams.
  4. An exceptional evangelist and commercial strategist sought by companies to lead product and market creation.
  5. Brings deep expertise in consumer intelligence and technology for customer
    acquisition, conversion, retention/ upsell.
  6. Hands-on approach and understanding to provide leadership to the business
    and instill a culture of operational excellence.
  7. Intellectual agility and creativity to respond to changing demands and create new solutions.
  8. Must have management skills across electronic e commerce, product
    management, project planning and execution.
The candidate must hold a Post Graduation degree in any discipline.
Minimum Experience The incumbent should have a minimum of 15 years of experience with deep banking and financial services experience including strong digital experience.
