TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION :Candidates should be in possession of:
- ATPL issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
- Instrument Rating endorsement on Indian ATPL.
- FRTO license issued by DGCA.
- RTR (P) / RTR (C) / RTR issued by Ministry of Communication, WPC Wing, Government of India
- All Licenses shall be valid at the time of joining
- Current passport (if not available, proof of submission of application to be attached. Possession of passport mandatory at time of joining).
MEDICALFITNESS:
Class-I Medical Fitness Certificate by DGCA, Government of India, which should be valid at the time of application and joining. (Candidates must have done their last
Medical/Renewal within preceding 6 months /1 year, as applicable)
PREFERENCE: Preference will be given to
a)B737NG Type-Rated Pilots
b)Pilot swilling to be permanently based in the Southern India Region as per Company requirement.
NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT:
a)For the post of CAPTAIN
Maximum Age limit for Permanent Employment will be 55years. (Pilots should not have completed 55 years as on the date of joining).
Pilots, who have completed the Age of 55 years as on the date of joining, will be taken on a fixed-term contract basis for a period up to attaining the age of 65years, subject to DGCA rule
b)For the post of TRAINEECAPTAIN –Contractual EmploymentSubject to change into permanent employment on obtaining Command, as at (A) above
REMUNERATION:
- On appointment in AICL, the incumbent will be offered salary and perks commensurate as per industry standards.
- Loss of License and Accident Compensation, as per Company Policy.
- Group Family Medical Insurance, as per Company Policy.
- Passages, as per Company Policy.

GENERALCONDITIONS:
- Based on requirements of the Company, the candidate may be positioned at any station in the network
- The Company, at its discretion, may assign additional ground duties, as and when required.
- Reservation and Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be made as per Government of India rules.
- Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the Eligibility conditions and prescribed criteria and the particulars furnished by the applicant are correct in all respect.
- At any stage of the selection process in case it is detected that the particulars provided by the candidate in the Application Format testimonials supplied are found to be incorrect/false or the candidate does not meet with any of the Eligibility Criteria prescribed for the post, or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her application shall be treated as NOT ELIGIBLE and his /her candidature will stand rejected.
- Candidates must note that, if any of these short comings is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated, without giving any notice or reason there for.
