NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (NIFTEM)
has been set up as an apex world class institute of global standards in Food Science & Technology under the aegis of Ministry of Food Processing Industries, GOI requires efficient, experienced and competent personnel for the following posts on contract basis for implementation of various projects on PAN India basis. The job requires extensive travelling. Candidate who feels job satisfaction in disseminating knowledge and skill to the budding entrepreneurs/farmers are encouraged to apply.

Job Specification :   Manager-(Skill Development training):

Qualification
  • Master in Agriculture Extension/Agribusiness Management/Rural Management/Rural Development/Social work.
  • MBA with 55% marks in Human resource Management/Entrepreneurship Development/Agribusiness management.
Experience:
  • With at least 3 years of experience in handling training and development programs in Government, Semi-Government/PSU/Corporate sector/ rural or farm extension service. Person working in private sector of repute on analogues post will be considered.
  • Person having exposure to training programs in the field of agro processing and value addition will be preferred.
Job Role
  1. To mobilise the participants and conduct the training in a qualitative manner i.e, as per NSDC Guidelines/Sponsored/Agency.
  2. To Check the quality of the training conducted by empanelled agencies on PAN India basis.
  3. To adopt most modern technique for Imparting training including audio visual aids.
Maximum age limit: Direct recruitment(on contract)   :35
Salary: Consolidate salary of Rs.35,000 Per month all Prerequisite.
Contract will be initially for year which may be extended after performance appraisal.
