Filling up posts of Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary in Lok Sabha Secretariat by Transfer on Deputation basis.
It is proposed to fill up one post of Additional Secretary in Level 15 in the Pay Matrix(Provisional) [in the pay band of Rs.67000-79000 (HAG) (Pre-revised)] and three posts of Joint Secretary in Level 14 in the pay Matrix (Provisional) [Rs.37400-67000 (PB-4) plus Grade Pay Rs.10000(Pre-revised)] in Lok Sabha Secretariat by transfer on deputation basis as per eligibility conditions prescribed in the R & CS Order No.PDA-1346/2016 dated 15.09.2016 (Copy enclosed).The Period of transfer on deputation shall be three years and the terms and conditions of the deputations shall be governed by the relevant Order on the Subject.
It is therefore,requested to kindly forward the names of suitable and willing offcers for the aforesaid posts from amongst the officers of All India Services / Central services alongwith their annual confidential reports / Annual Performance Appraisal Reports for the last 05 Years by 3rd October 2016 for consideration by Hon'ble speaker,Lok Sabha. While forwarding nominations,It may Kindly be ensured that the officers are clear from vigilance angle and their integrity is certified.
